📦 Order Processing Time

All orders require 2–4 business days of preparation before shipment.
During this time, we verify payment, prepare your package, and hand it off to the carrier.

Note: Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or promotions.


🌍 Estimated Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

This applies to most countries, but delivery times may vary based on:

  • Your exact location

  • Carrier transit speed

  • Customs processing

  • External factors (weather, logistics delays, etc.)


🔍 Tracking Number

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s system.


📌 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
NURIO is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Returned packages

caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


🚫 Delayed or Held Packages

Shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs, carrier congestion, weather, or other external factors.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you.


📬 Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff

  2. Confirm the address provided

  3. Contact the carrier directly

NURIO cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
